Weather in leh ladakh

Ladakh is a high altitude desert area and called Little Tibet. Tourist season starts from April to October.

April :	Minus 3 D Celsius - 10 Degree Celsius
May - June :	7 - 15 Degree Celsius
July - August :	10 - 25 Degree Celsius
September :	15 - 10 Degree Celsius
October - December :	10 - Minus 15 Degree Celsius
December - March :	Minus 35 to 0 Degree Celsius

No rain is expected in the region as this is a rain shadow area but in last few years it raining and sometime heavily raining during the monsoon – July and August.
